Your registration covers two days of the main conference, including access to all sessions and meals provided during the event.
Registration for the Pre-Congress Workshop is separate from the main conference. It includes access to workshop sessions and meals provided on the workshop day.
All attendee will receive an e-certificate of attendance specific to the events they attend after the conclusion of the congress.
Please make payment before registering online as you are required to attach the proof of payment (scanned document of deposit slip / payment proof) in the online registration page.

Please note that all related bank charges and / or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the congress. Official receipt will be provided only upon request.
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to Congress Secretariat via email to secretariat@lcs2025.com and will be subject to the following conditions:
Refund of the registration fee minus an administrative charge of RM200 for local delegates and USD50 for international delegates. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

The Organizing Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during duration of the congress. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspect of the congress as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
